FocusDaily Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ElexiBuy LLC ("ElexiBuy", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the FocusDaily mobile application (the "App"). FocusDaily is a brain training app that offers short daily puzzles and rewards users with in app coins that can be redeemed for cash payouts. The App is published on the Google Play Store. By downloading, accessing, or using FocusDaily, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

FocusDaily collects only the information necessary to operate the App, process reward payouts, and comply with applicable law:

• Account information you provide during sign up, including your display name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account profile photo through the Google Sign In flow.
• Anonymous guest identifier if you choose to use FocusDaily without creating an account. This is a random identifier generated by Firebase Authentication that lets you play puzzles and accumulate coins on your device before signing up.
• Puzzle activity and gameplay statistics including the number of puzzles you have solved, the types of puzzles played, your daily solve count, streak days, accuracy rate, and lifetime coin balance. This data lets us show your progress and process reward payouts.
• Coin balance and reward records including the coins you have earned, the coins you have redeemed, and the timestamps of each transaction. Stored in your user profile on Google Cloud Firestore.
• Withdrawal requests including the coin amount requested, the request timestamp, and the request status (pending, approved, paid, or rejected). When you submit a withdrawal request, our team contacts you through your registered email address to collect payment details such as your UPI ID, PayPal email, or bank account information.
• Referral information including a personal referral code we generate for you, and if you were invited by another user, the code you entered at sign up.
• Device diagnostic information including Android OS version, device model, app version, and crash logs, collected only when a technical issue occurs so we can diagnose and fix it.

We do not collect your legal name, physical address, phone number, contacts list, precise location, camera photos, microphone audio, or financial account credentials through the App itself. Financial details you share during the manual payout process are handled by email or by direct message with our team outside the App.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account, sign you in, and personalize your home screen with your name, avatar initial, and current progress.
• Generate fresh puzzles for each session, award coins for correct answers, and track your streak, accuracy, and lifetime totals.
• Process withdrawal requests, verify eligibility (such as the minimum coin threshold), and contact you to arrange payment.
• Prevent fraud, detect abuse patterns, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Send optional in app notifications if you grant notification permission, such as streak reminders, event alerts, and payout status updates.
• Diagnose crashes and fix technical issues.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our rights.

Third party services

FocusDaily integrates the following third party services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles information:

• Google Firebase Authentication for account creation, email and password sign in, Google Sign In, and anonymous guest sessions. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Cloud Firestore for storing your user profile, coin balance, puzzle statistics, and withdrawal history. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Sign In if you choose to sign in with your Google account. policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Services as required for distribution and installation through the Google Play Store. policies.google.com/privacy

FocusDaily does not currently include advertising. If we add advertising in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and disclose the change in the App and on the Google Play listing before ads are shown.

Android permissions we request

FocusDaily requests the following Android runtime permissions:

• INTERNET required for signing in, saving coins to your account, and submitting withdrawal requests. FocusDaily cannot function without an internet connection.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS on Android 13 and above, optional. Only requested if you enable notifications from within the App settings. Used to send streak reminders, event alerts, and withdrawal status updates.

FocusDaily does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, precise location, SMS, call logs, photos, or files.

Coins and payouts

Coins earned inside FocusDaily are a virtual game currency with no cash value until you initiate a withdrawal that meets the minimum threshold and is approved by our team. Withdrawal processing is performed manually. When you submit a withdrawal request, our team contacts you at the email address associated with your account within a reasonable time frame to collect the payment details necessary to complete the payout. The specific payment method offered depends on your country and the payment channels available to us at the time. Payment details you share with us during this process are used only for that withdrawal and are handled separately from the App.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above that process data on our behalf under standard service agreements, and where required by law, court order, or valid legal process. We may share aggregated or anonymized information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Data retention and security

Your account information and coin balance are retained for as long as your account is active. Withdrawal records are retained for a minimum of five years to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations. Diagnostic data is retained according to Google Firebase default retention settings. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Firestore data is protected by security rules that only permit an authenticated user to read and write their own user document.

Account deletion

You can delete your FocusDaily account at any time from inside the App. Open Settings, tap your profile card, scroll to the Danger zone section, and choose Delete my account. Confirming deletion will:

• Remove your user profile from our Firestore database, including your name, email, coin balance, puzzle history, streak, and referral code.
• Remove your Firebase Authentication account so the credentials can no longer be used to sign in.
• Sign you out of the App on your device.

Withdrawal records associated with payouts that have already been processed are retained for financial recordkeeping and audit purposes as described above, but the account link is severed. If you cannot access the in App deletion flow, email admin@elexibuy.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my FocusDaily account" and we will process the deletion within seven business days.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information:

• California residents (CCPA and CPRA): the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• European Union and United Kingdom residents (GDPR and UK GDPR): the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability.
• India residents (DPDP Act): the right to access, correct, complete, update, and erase your personal data, and the right to grievance redressal.
• Other jurisdictions: the rights available to you under applicable local law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@elexibuy.com from the email address on your account. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law, and in most cases within thirty days.

Children's privacy

FocusDaily is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App or to receive cash rewards. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@elexibuy.com and we will promptly delete the account.

Android platform requirements

FocusDaily targets a current Android API level in line with Google Play requirements. The App runs on Android 5.0 (API level 21) and above. We update the target API level in each release to stay compliant with the Google Play API level policy for new apps and app updates.

International transfers

ElexiBuy LLC is based in the United States. Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure may store and process your information in the United States, the European Union, India, or other regions where Google operates its data centers. If you access FocusDaily from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the App you consent to these transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will notify you through the App, through a notice on the Google Play listing, or by email to the address on your account before the change takes effect.
