FocusDaily Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FocusDaily mobile application (the "App"), provided by ElexiBuy LLC ("ElexiBuy", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our FocusDaily Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About FocusDaily

FocusDaily is a brain training and attention app. You play short puzzles, such as number recall, word scrambles, drag and drop challenges, and pattern matching, and earn in app coins for correct answers. Once you accumulate the minimum coin threshold defined in the App, you can submit a withdrawal request and our team will contact you to process a cash payout. FocusDaily is intended for personal use and entertainment. It is not a game of chance, not a lottery, and not a form of gambling. Rewards are earned by demonstrating skill and completing tasks.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FocusDaily or to receive any cash payout. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that using the App and receiving cash rewards is not prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or region of residence. If any of these representations is not true, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

Your account

You can use FocusDaily as a guest, but a guest session is limited to gameplay on a single device and cannot be used to withdraw cash. To submit a withdrawal, you must create a permanent account using an email address and password or by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us at admin@elexibuy.com immediately.

License to use the App

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal license to install and use FocusDaily on a device you own or control, solely for your personal and non commercial use. This license is not exclusive and is not transferable. It does not permit you to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the App or any of its content.

Coins, rewards, and withdrawals

Coins are a virtual game currency inside FocusDaily. Coins have no monetary value on their own and are not a security, a bank deposit, a credit balance, or any form of stored payment instrument. Coins exist only as an in App reward for solving puzzles and cannot be transferred to another user, gifted, sold on any secondary market, or converted to any other virtual currency. The following rules apply:

• Earning coins requires correctly solving puzzles in the App. Reward amounts vary by puzzle type and difficulty. Combo bonuses may increase the reward for consecutive correct answers within a session.
• Welcome bonus new accounts receive a one time welcome balance of 500 coins credited on account creation. It is not paid again on subsequent sign ins or app opens.
• Referral bonus both the referrer and the invited friend receive a coin bonus once the invited friend meets the qualifying activity threshold defined in the App at the time of the referral. Self referrals, referrals to fake accounts, and referrals arranged through automated tools do not qualify.
• Minimum withdrawal the current minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Withdraw screen inside the App. You may only submit a withdrawal request when your balance meets or exceeds that minimum.
• Withdrawal review all withdrawal requests are subject to manual review by our team for fraud, eligibility, and account standing. Approved payouts are processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 24 to 72 business hours after we collect your payment details.
• Payout methods depend on your country of residence and the payment channels available to us. We commonly support UPI in India, PayPal, and standard bank transfer. We may offer additional or alternative methods at our discretion.
• Withdrawal denials we may deny, reverse, or hold a withdrawal request if we reasonably determine that coins were earned in violation of these Terms, through automation, through account sharing, through multiple accounts controlled by the same person, or through any other form of fraud or abuse. Denied coins may be forfeited and are not refundable.
• Taxes you are responsible for any taxes owed on cash you receive from FocusDaily, including income tax, TDS in India, or equivalent obligations in your country. We may withhold amounts or share information with tax authorities where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use FocusDaily only for lawful and personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the App in a manner that violates any law, regulation, or third party right.
• Create more than one account per person, share your account, or allow anyone else to sign in with your credentials.
• Use bots, scripts, emulators, macros, automated tools, or any other means to solve puzzles or earn coins without genuine human interaction.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, its databases, or any related system.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Modify network requests, intercept traffic, or use rooted or jailbroken devices to bypass App integrity checks.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise attempt to defeat any security, review, cooldown, or anti abuse mechanism.
• Submit false information during sign up, withdrawal, or communication with our team.
• Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or otherwise harmful content.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written permission.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality in FocusDaily, including the puzzles, the visual design, illustrations, logos, icons, motion, and software, are owned by ElexiBuy LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App other than the limited license expressly granted above.

Your content

You retain ownership of any information you provide to us, such as your display name and email. By providing this information you grant ElexiBuy a limited, worldwide, royalty free license to use it solely to operate the App, process withdrawals, and communicate with you as described in the FocusDaily Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App and forfeit any unpaid coin balance at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the App at any time by signing out. You may delete your account permanently from inside the App under Settings, or by emailing admin@elexibuy.com. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including the sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

Third party services

FocusDaily integrates with Google Firebase, Google Sign In, and Google Play Services, and is distributed through the Google Play Store. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party service. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Google Play

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store, operated by Google LLC. Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service with respect to your use of the App, these Terms will control except where prohibited by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

FocusDaily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, free of errors, free of harmful components, or continuously available, that any specific reward amount will remain in effect, that any withdrawal will be approved, or that the payment method available to you today will remain available at any future date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElexiBuy LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, coin balance, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App will not exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars or the amount actually paid to you as cash rewards through FocusDaily in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ElexiBuy LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your account, your submissions to us, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not limit any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our reward economy, our operations, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App, through the Google Play listing, or by email to the address on your account. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
