Mindwealth Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ElexiBuy LLC ("ElexiBuy", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Mindwealth mobile application (the "App"). Mindwealth is a daily wealth affirmations and mindset application published on the Google Play Store. By downloading, accessing, or using Mindwealth, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Mindwealth collects only the information necessary to operate and improve the App:

• Device information collected automatically through Google Firebase, such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. This is used for analytics, crash reporting, and app improvement.
• App activity and usage such as screens viewed, affirmations viewed, features used, sessions, and streak progress. Collected through Firebase Analytics to help us understand engagement and improve the App.
• Crash and diagnostic data including stack traces and device state at the time of a crash, collected through Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix technical issues.
• User-generated content stored on your device including favorite affirmations, vision board entries, streak history, notification time, and preferences. This content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Advertising identifier your Google Advertising ID may be used by Google AdMob to deliver relevant advertisements within the App.

We do not collect your legal name, phone number, physical address, or financial information within Mindwealth.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve Mindwealth.
• Understand how users engage with the App and its features.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues and application crashes.
• Deliver advertisements through Google AdMob.
• Send optional daily reminder notifications if you grant notification permission.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Third-party services

Mindwealth integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles information:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Advertising

Mindwealth is a free application supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Google Advertising ID to deliver personalized advertisements. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that process data on our behalf under written agreements (including the third-party services listed above), or where required by law, court order, or valid legal process.

Data retention and security

Analytics and diagnostic data collected through Firebase is retained according to Google's default retention settings. User-generated content stored locally on your device remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information:

• California residents (CCPA / CPRA): the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
• European Union and United Kingdom residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability.
• Other jurisdictions: rights available to you under applicable local law.

Children's privacy

Mindwealth is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@elexibuy.com and we will promptly delete it.

International transfers

ElexiBuy LLC is based in the United States. If you access Mindwealth from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or through the Mindwealth listing on Google Play.
