Mindwealth Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mindwealth mobile application (the "App"), provided by ElexiBuy LLC ("ElexiBuy", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About Mindwealth

Mindwealth is a daily wealth affirmations and mindset application. The App provides curated affirmations, guided rituals, personalization features, and progress tracking, intended as tools for personal reflection and habit-building. Mindwealth is not financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice, and the content is provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using Mindwealth, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

License to use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Mindwealth on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the App or its content.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Mindwealth only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or otherwise harmful content.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our written permission.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to control access to the App or its content.

Advertisements

Mindwealth is a free application supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements will be displayed within the App experience. Advertising practices are described in our Mindwealth Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of Mindwealth, including but not limited to affirmations, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, are owned by ElexiBuy LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App other than the limited license expressly granted above.

User content

Any content you create within the App, such as favorites, vision board entries, and personal notes, is stored locally on your device by default. You retain ownership of your user content. You are responsible for backing up your data, and we are not liable for any loss of user content, including in the event you uninstall the App or clear its data.

Third-party services

Mindwealth integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase and Google AdMob, and is distributed through Google Play. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The content provided in Mindwealth is for informational and self-improvement purposes only and does not constitute financial, medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your specific circumstances. We make no guarantees about the outcomes you may experience from using the App.

Disclaimer of warranties

Mindwealth is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElexiBuy LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ElexiBuy LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your user content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Google Play Store

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store, operated by Google LLC. Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service with respect to your use of the App, these Terms will control except where prohibited by law.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the App.
